The Primal Playground is an adult-sized playground located on 3.5 acres of private forest in downtown Austin where adults can be like kids again (and feel like one too) by playing with others on adult-sized, naturally-derived and eco-friendly structures like a jungle gym, seesaws, slides, swings to name a few. We will encourage others to run, jump, climb, crawl, balance, roll, lift, throw and catch as we did when were children. And we will also show them how to creatively and safely develop those capacities to their full-potential. While the goal is to help adults reconnect and further connect with themselves, each other and our environment, the added benefits include becoming more fit. But the bottom-line is that if we aren't having fun we won't do it.
